Are we seeking?

I mean truly seeling. 

,

Over and over, scripture points us to be a people who seek God's presence, seek righteousness, seek the truth , seek what is holy and pure.

Why?

Because it is good and it reflects his attributes. 

 

It comes down to the reality that the father rewards those who seek his will and obeys, It's a matter of choice.

 

Do we choose to choose our sinful nature or love for Christ. 

 

Its relationship over momentary feelings.

 

You will effortlessly fall back into sin if you don't fight for your relationship with Jesus. 

 

Once you chose to follow Christ you officially choose a side and have a target on your back. Evil prowls around looking for those targets.  If we don’t wear the armor of God we find ourselves are defenceless to those attacks.

 

I encourage you to search, seek and desire which is good. That which is holy, desires every gift of the Lord and his presence. Desire for his glory to be made known through your life of obedience.

 Not for the mere sake of receiving favor but for the sake of the love you have for the Lord. Stay steadfast and firm on the foundation which is Christ. 

All the glory to God our father and Lord Jesus Christ for ever and ever. Amen
